Vaughan qualified (Warwick University and Chester Law College) in 1987 and joined Bailey & Haigh as a Wills and Probate Solicitor benefiting from the unrivaled knowledge and experience of Roy Westwood.

Vaughan became a partner in 1995 and his areas of work now include Conveyancing, Powers of Attorney and elderly Client matters as well as divorce and family cases.

Vaughan's aim is to deal with all of these areas including the preparation of Wills and winding up of estates promptly and efficiently and explaining the legal processes involved in a thorough but straight forward way as it is appreciated that these matters often come at a time of stress.

Vaughan is happy to arrange visits to Clients at their home.
